Replace broken bathtub

Bath tub (standard size) had a crack in it and I'm wanting to get it removed and replaced with a new one. It's an old tub (plastic) and has two sides touching the wall. Would like: - Dismantling, removal and disposal of existing bathtub - Supply of new bathtub (or I can buy) - Installation of new bathtub - A brief assessment of whether there's any water damage Thank you
