Relocate - Remodel Bathroom Ensuite and Walk In Wardrobe

We are working with an architect to council consent for changes to the main bedroom ensuite. We are looking to close off French doors and replace them with a window. Relocating the on-suite bathroom and creating a wall in the wardrobe in place of the old ensuite. Width of area of 5220, split 2360 ensuite and 2770 for walk in robe. We are just about to submit plans to the council and looking to select a builder to lead the works. We are looking for registrations of interest to lead the building/plumbing elements. We have not yet clarified specific details on fitting and tiling.
