Bathroom Renos - Water damage repairs to floor and wall replacement
Job description
Vanity and Shower to be removed. Plumbing in bathroom to be checked for leaks and fixed. New Shower and vanity to be installed. Flooring to be lifted in bathroom and possibly hallway. Joists and floor to be checked for water damage and repaired. New Lino to be installed. Dividing wall from bathroom to hallway - plaster to be removed and timber checked for water damage. Any black-mould timber to be removed and replaced / wet timber to be treated as required. Bathroom / Hallway Wall to be re-plastered and JIB-stopped. Small shower room on the floor below - also has water damage from the above bathroom leaks. Shower to be removed and plaster on wall to be removed so that wood framing of wall and shower base can be checked for water damage and repairs made / wood treated as required. New shower to be installed. Seems to have been a long term, slow water leak / leaks. House is a rental property and is tenanted with a family. Photos taken from beneath main bathroom.

Ranveer and his team did a wonderful job. The water leak from the old pipes was fixed, the new floor and wall look good and the new bathroom looks amazing. Plus flood damaged room was fixed up beautifully. Good timing and communication from the start. Liked that they provided a timing schedule for when the various tradies and phases of the project would start and finish.
