Reinstating Ground floor damaged in Flood

The ground floor of this property has been flood damaged, and some of the works have been done during Makesafe, as listed below. Requires quote to fix this place, scope of work as listed below. The completion date must be before the 1st of October 2023. Works already done: • These items were removed during Makesafe  Existing kitchen cabinetry, benchtop and appliances  Existing GIB on the interior walls were soaked in flood, cut up to the 1st nogging – 600-800mm high.  Shower box, vanity and toilet in the bathroom Scope of work to be covered: • Supply and install insulation for exterior walls. • Supply and install GIB from where removed on the walls. • Supply and install new skirting for the walls – 60mm. • Remove the hot water cylinder Interior Plaster and Painting (whole downstairs) • Interior walls • Plaster walls and sand until smooth. • Paint one coat of Dulux water-based undercoat. • Paint two coats of Dulux water-based (Low Sheen) Door and Frames • Repair door and frames with Shellys Spakfilla (Filler). • Sand areas where filler has been applied until smooth. • Paint one coat of Dulux water-based undercoat (Pigment Sealer). • Gap all cracks with No More Gap. • Sand all frames until smooth. • Paint two topcoats of water-based Enamel (Semi-Gloss). Interior Skirting's • Repair interior skirting with Shellys Spakfilla (Filler). • Sand areas where filler has been applied until smooth. • Gap all cracks with No More Gap. • Sand all skirtings until smooth. • Paint two coats of water-based Enamel (Semi-Gloss). Description of electrical job • Install power sockets and switches removed during Makesafe Description of plumbing work • Pipe fitting for bathroom. • Supply and install new shower box, install existing vanity and toilet. • Installation of existing mixers and all the tapware • Supply and install new hot water cylinder – keep the same position Flooring • Floor preparation after removal. • Supply and install new tile Vinyl flooring for the entry, kitchen & laundry. • Supply and install new carpet for 2 bedrooms and living area. • Vinyl for bathroom floor
