Divide living room from rest of house

The images attached show specifically what I need done to make the living room private. There are pillars which need to be filled in somehow and a gap to the wall where the heat pump sits. The heat pump can be moved to the wall when it is filled in. The large opening into the living room will require a folding door or some form of door or wall. The other smaller square opening within the pillars just needs filling in. There is a door required from one wall to another to establish security into the rest of the house. I need this done yesterday if you can send over a quote.
