Small repair - Bathroom towel rail and window handle broken

Hi, My towel rail is a bit wobbly due to my 3 year old holding and resting his arms on this. Also the bathroom window handle (plastic) broke today. I would say these 2 are small repair/replace jobs. Would be interested if, someone could come and fix these. Please see pictures.
