Ensuite bathroom renovation project includes: -Demolition -New Footings (concrete/timber piles) -Plumbing/electrical (first fix) -Carpentry (wall framing, ply walls and floor, plasterboard fix, sliding timber door) -Plumbing, electrical (second fix) -Waterproofing membrane -Tiles -Second Fix All bathroom fittings and tiles already purchased. Ensuite bathroom is adjacent to main bathroom which was recently renovated. Estimated timeframe for completion 15 days.
