Main living area revovation

We have a few jobs that need being done listed in order of importance but do want all done ideally - Removing, Re-Gibing, stopping & Painting of lounge area - (Roughly 4.5 x 3.5m) - Want to move wiring to better locations and there is an old fireplace that has been boarded up badly and the wallpaper is sagging - Stripping wallpaper and skim coating the Hallway and entry area - (Roughly (4.8 x 0.9m hallway) (1.2 x 3.5m Entrance) - New slightly lower roof for the whole area to match up to the existing Gib in Kitchen and eliminate the beam profile between lounge and hallway - Roughly (40sqm) - Curtains and Carpet will need to be done too but those can be completely separate Timeframe: Obviously the sooner the better but not overly precious about when. Would prefer its done in one period though as opposed to a longer time period.
