Bathroom ceiling replacement

Basically, the ceiling gib in the bathroom needs to be replaced. The paint is flaking, and the surface is damaged and pitted in various places. I've tried several times to sand it back and repaint, but each time it deteriorated again. So I thought it would be better to simply replace the gib and start fresh. I can provide the materials, as my daughter works at Bunnings and so we can get staff discount, therefore I'm asking for a labour only quote. So - the job would be to remove existing ceiling gib and molding, replace with new gib and molding, replace ceiling light fixture, finish the ceiling surface to be ready for painting, and take all old materials away. No painting required, I will do that. Ceiling area is rectangular, dimensions are approximately 2800mm x 1700mm, and the only things interrupting the surface are an extractor fan vent and light fixture. Ideal timeframe would be as soon as possible. I am back to work on Wednesday (I usually work Monday to Friday, 8 to 4:30, away from home). I'll be away on holiday from Sunday the 16th to Thursday the 20th.
