Bathroom renovation
Job description
Renovation of bathroom measuring 1855 X 1605. Replacement vanitor, shower, toilet, tiles, and mirror to be supplied by us. • Disconnect vanity, toilet, and shower plumbing • Remove old shower, vanity, and toilet and dispose of • Remove old architrave and skirting and dispose of • Disconnect electrical components (lights, sockets) and make safe • Remove gib from walls and ceiling of bathroom and dispose of • Remove tiles from floor and dispose of • Remove old floor and dispose of • Install new flooring (marine ply) and waterproof • Install new gib to walls and ceiling, including stopping • Install new architrave and skirting • Install new vanity, and plumb in waste and hot/cold water (vanity to be supplied) • Install new bowl on top of vanity (bowl to be supplied) • Install new shower, including waste, mixer, shower head etc. (shower, waste, mixer, shower head to be supplied) • Install new toilet and plumb in waste and water (toilet to be supplied) • Complete tiling of wall behind vanity and shower (tiles to be supplied) • Complete tiling of floor (tiles to be supplied) • Install electric mirror above vanity (mirror to be supplied) • Install 2 x Heated Towel Poles (towel poles to be supplied) Photo of approximate current layout included. Shower is currently --- but will be replaced with --- . Currently waiting for new equipment to arrive, but this should be here in the next few weeks.

A great company to work with. No issue was too small for them to handle, and they communicated very well throughout the process. The team were all polite and very clean, ensuring no mess at the end of each days work. I'd highly recommend these and no doubt will use them again for our next renovation project.
