Kitchen Renovation Plus

Wall between kitchen and lounge partially removed to allow for a more open plan design. Also an external door to be replaced. Wooden floors laid and various shelves installed. Design is communicated via attached images and 3d model. The first image is a model of the existing situation with some photographs of the real existing situation. Then the other 3d models are the after shots showing the work I want done. Tasks inlcude: -Recycle old cupboards were possible. Replace all handles and paint. - Partially knock down wall and tidy up wall joins. - Remove existing tiles on floor of kitchen and on walls and replace a smaller section with new tiles on walls. - Place recycled rimu timber tongue and groove flooring to lounge and kitchen. - Replace old external french doors with recycled bi fold doors. -Install shelves where shown on images - Hook up new gas stove to existing gas pipes and install new rangehood - Install new timber countertop for bar stools - Installe new bench top to kitchen surfaces Exclusions: - Timber flooring already sourced (needs a clean up and to be de nailed) - Timber bar stool countertop to be sourced by owner - Recycled aluminium bi fold doors to be sourced by owner I am looking for 2-3 quotes for the work as outlined above. Best to meet on site to talk it through as there is other information which would allow for a more accurate quote. Work needs to be completed between June/July and as much material recycled as possible. I am looking for a tradeperson with an eye for detail, and who is able to do the majority of the work without too many sub contractors. And at a good price of course ! ;) Thanks John
