Remove old back door and realign weatherboard (to meet building consent granted)

1960's weatherboard home with old back door onto concrete steps which is not used. We have consent to remove the backdoor and realign the weatherboard to create more kitchen space. It will involve cutting into concrete steps, removing backdoor and realigning the weatherboard, with the specific requirements to meet the building consent (including insulation etc). We also have consent to put an additional toilet into our laundry and renovate that space. Looking for a builder to complete one, if not both, projects.
