I have 2 bathrooms which need minor refurbishment. We are preparing to sell the house in the next 1-2 years so have a very detailed list of what is required. Building work around replacing vanity, some electrician work with installing heated towel rails, plumbing, painting of walls and ceiling. Not looking to re-tile unless necessary.
