There is currently a deck on the first floor of the house that comes out from the Kitchen area. It is currently tiled, and water is getting under the tiles, so they are "squishy" underfoot. When it rains the deck water lies on the deck rather than running away down a slope to the drain. I need a quote on removing the tiles, and any water damage beneath, making the deck slope so water runs away property, replacing the tiles with a better solution (not tiles) that will ensure it will be hard-waring but watertight in the future.
