Water is getting through the grout in our tiled first floor shower and has rotted out the particle board substrate. The shower tiles need removing, the substrate flooring replaced and a water proof membrane installed and then retiled. The downstairs damaged gib ceiling needs replacing, stopping and repainting. We have cut out the gib ceiling below so the problem can be viewed.
