Kitchen and Bathroom renovation

We have approved BC plans for 7.1m2 bathroom/laundry and 9.6m2 kitchen. This involves swapping the two rooms around, creating a new entry to the kitchen, new beam over entrance, new doors and windows. All of the existing wall and ceiling linings and the floors need replacing. Bathroom will have a shower cubicle, toilet partition and a custom vanity. We have kitchen designs but have not settled on a supplier. We have all appliances on order. We need new windows opening to the deck and northern wall in the kitchen.
