Kitchen Oven & Sink Repositioning

Partial kitchen renovation required: 1. Remove and discard existing kitchen bench 2. Remove and replace kitchen sink and insinkerator with associated plumbing to a new position (where the current oven is located, in front of the kitchen window) 3. Hardwire in insinkerator into mains electricity (currently it is plugged into a powerboard under the bench...) 4. Remove and replace oven and cooktop, with associated electrical supply, to a new position (where the current sink is located, against the wall). Possibly install a new cooktop and discard the existing cooktop. 5. Install a new kitchen bench allowing for above 6. Install a splashback on wall over newly positioned cooktop 7. Install a new rangehood over newly positioned cooktop 8. Replace the upper half of the pantry cabinet door with a sliding/folding door to allow full access to the interior of the pantry The main reason this work is required is that the current cooktop is located in front of the kitchen window (just below the blinds), which is problematic for keeping the area clean. Also new ventilation standards for rental properties will need to be implemented for the oven. Also the pantry door is a nuisance as it is a single tall, narrow door that does not allow full access to the interior shelves above the level of the bench. Unfortunately this will require electrical and plumbing work to swap the positions of the sink and oven. The house is on poles on a slope and therefore underfloor access to the plumbing is easy. This is for a property to be rented, so ideally all within the lowest budget possible. Style and appearance are not important. Ideally maintain existing cabinetry as much as possible. No new appliances/materials have yet been purchased, but ideally budget appliances/materials purchased from local tradestores or hardware stores will be best (I can do this myself if appropriate dimensions/parameters are advised). Existing dishwasher, oven and insinkerator are in good condition and do not need to be replaced. Timeframe flexible.
