New Deck and Sliding door

We would like to open up the front side of the house. We have a triple window we would like to replace with a sliding door to then drop down to a new deck. We know we will need a “landing area” outside the window before dropping down to the deck area. This will replace the existing concrete steps. We would like to keep the existing entrance on the “landing area” too. The deck will be snug to the house and the retaining wall. The wooden steps can be removed/replaced if necessary.
