Bathroom update x 2

Our upstairs shower has had small leak on both sides of the door for a while and there is mould on the outside. The inside is also horrible with permanent mould on all the silicone. It needs to be pulled out and replaced. Our vanity/mirror need to be replaced too, along with the taps on the bath and the extractor fan. We also have a second bathroom/laundry downstairs and we suspect that there is a leak from the shower. This shower is also falling apart and needs to be replaced. Would like a new vanity and extractor fan in here too.
