Lower existing floor in tiled bathroom

We have a bathroom that has been set up for wheelchair access, however there is a flaw in the design so we are looking for quotes to remedy the problem. The bathroom is part of an apartment that was built for my wife and I in the garage of an existing house. When the bathroom was put in we decided to lay the drainage pipes over the existing concrete floor and put a tiled floor over the top to be the visible floor of the bathroom. However this created a problem in that there is now a step up to get into the bathroom, initially we felt this would be a bearable compromise, however over time it has proven to be both slightly dangerous and inconvenient in terms of the process of transferring from one wheelchair up onto a step into a second commode chair for showering. We are seeking a quote to take out the existing floor tiles and the framing below the tiles (this will also entail removing the vanity cabinet and toilet while the work is going on). Then we will need to cut channels for the water drain from the shower into the concrete. There is also currently a pump in the bathroom to pump the sewage and grey water into the main outpipe for the house. This may require a sump to be cut into the concrete as well to collect the water before it is pumped clear. Once that is done the floor will need to be re-tiled as well as the base of all the bathroom walls.
