Demolish walls, renovate bathroom and kitchen

We are looking for a builder who can help us open up and brighten up our old 3 bedroom 1 bath home (approx 90m2, build in 1960s). We would love someone who can start in February 2020, and do all or most of the following (in rough order of priority). Once we have confirmation that the following walls are non load bearing: demolish wall between kitchen and living, demolish wall between hall way and living area, demolish wall between laundry and kitchen. Kitchen: Install new kitchen (cabinets, counter top etc). Bathroom: Tile floors and walls, Install new bathroom fixtures (toilet, shower, sink/vanity etc) Flooring: sound proof floor in living room (as we have a room down stairs)
