Create indoor outdoor flow

We need the following done on our 1940s weather board home to open up the house to the back yard. We currently have an old laundry, porch and small bedroom across the back of the house. We want to change this to the kitchen dining room that lead out onto a deck. Remove two load bearing walls and add beams, add wooden bifold door and window, incorporate small porch into main house by leveling floor, matching wooden floor boards and removing walls, add internal wall to create the bedroom, add decking and fill in two small windows. Add new kitchen. We'd like to get the work done asap. You'll need to pop round to have a look as it's easier to explain in person. Thanks
