Bathroom + additional renovation works

We are looking for a builder to deliver works as set out in our consent for a bathroom renovation + additional enhancements as follows: (1) Complete bathroom renovation including delivery of; (1a) Tiled shower. (1b) Additional WC/Laundry. (1c) Connection to new gas water heating. (2) Removal of existing HW cylinder. (3) Removal of chimney and make good the roof. (4) (OPTIONAL) installation of new bi-fold door in living room. (5) (OPTIONAL) installation of ceiling insulation for remainder of house (aprox 3 rooms) (6) (OPTIONAL) may elect to use builder to remove existing brick veneer cladding, however this is optional. -Materials are procurement to be agreed. -Demolition will be completed (for bathroom and anything outside of LBP). -adjacent works include installation of interior insulation (for exterior walls). Work would suit a bathroom specialist, looking for those with bathroom experience. Site is located in Birkdale, Northshore.
