Shower renovation and toilet flushing system repair

I have a shower that I would like to replace as it was never installed correctly in the first place (unlike the other bathrooms in the house a different tradesperson did this one). As a result of either a wall that isn't straight or a shower that isn't, the glass door has begun to come apart and won't close properly. The extractor is not the same as the others in the house and is terribly noisy which is a problem in the bedroom above. The same unsatisfactory tradesperson also cut the toilet flushing system too short so it has never worked properly. I would like to either renovate/replace the shower and the extractor and have the toilet fixed.
