underpin raised house

Dear Sirs We have a relocated single storey house in Greenhithe which we are thinking of converting to a double storey dwelling. I have a quote for lifting up and require some idea of costs involved in under pinning the house prior to builing underneath. Can you help? We are overseas at the moment and the house is rented out. I have attached some photos and sketch. Ideally we would like to occupy the top part whist continuing to build underneath. I hope you will be able to help. Sincerely Charles E Fenton
