SImple kitchen renovation

We have a small kitchen that we would like renovating. we are wanting new benchtop/breakfast bar, cabinets and sink. We already have appliances. Wanting to keep costs low but still look nice and modern. We are wanting a white kitchen. Benchtop does not need to be stone but stone look would be nice. Please see photos for examples. We would also like some tiling done for the splashback/wall.
