Renovation

I am looking to convert half my tandem garage into a bedroom with ensuite with doors out to a deck. My budget is $20k which will need to include building costs, all fittings, painting, deck, plumbing, electrical as well as plans and council consent. I have a Draughtsman on stand by to do the plans but need a building quote before I can fully go ahead. If you can work within my budget please get in touch. I'm willing and able to assist/supply fittings, painting etc to help keep costs down - I'm on a tight budget. Time wasters need not apply.
