Bathroom Renos

I have two bathrooms to renovate. 1. Main Bathroom, remove all fixtures (vanity, tub/shower toilet, taps), tiles and gib, possible ceiling as well, floor as floor under bath is rotten. Re floor, waterproof, re gib walls and possibly ceiling, install underfloor heating outside shower and tub and by vanity. Replace with new fittings and fixtures. Thinking of having a separate shower and bath in here (advice needed). New floor and wall tiles. 2. En-suite, much smaller and currently has a shower, vanity and toilet. Demolish old bathroom, including GIB and ceiling. Remove floor tiles and repair floor where necessary. Install underfloor heating and proper ventilation as well. Water proof, replace all fixtures, tile walls and floor. 3. Kitchen ceiling needs to be removed and replaced as damaged by leaks from bathrooms, while this is out i want to duct the rangehood through the ceiling as well.
