We have double garage that we want to convert one of them into a room. We will require basic electrical work. Windows and possibly a ranch slider in replace of garage door. A Gibed partition, ceiling and walls. extra windows. We have a family member who works at Bunnings so we would need to get all materials from there so we can get what will be a substantial discount.
