Replacing Bathroom Vanity

Replacing a guest bathroom vanity. Width from Wall to Wall is 760mm. (Current vanity is 745W x 805H x 465D - Width is the actual benchtop, not the cabinet which is slight smaller width). - Would be good to have a person that could do the refitting of the plumbing (rather than have to pay the extra cost for a plumber) - If you can do the tiling between the vanity and the mirror (please quote a separate cost). If not, that is ok I will arrange it.
