New Study 16sqm need walls erected and linings and painted by 24th Nov firm

I have a 16m2 enclosed area under my house with retained walls only appx 800mm high, I started to frame up (inside the retaining). I need this finished to painted state (sparky waiting to install lights and swtiches/powerpoints) ASAP. Space is appx 4.3m by 4.2m and eight foot vertical to flooring joists that will suit mounting Gib Lining. Job is Complete the Framing (some material required), gib line and stop, paint) There is RSJ steel C beam below the floor joists that will need to be painted or boxed around. A pre-hung door needs to be fitted in one corner (door already onsite as is gib fixing screws and 26 sheets of tapered 10mm gib). No windows but not a perfect square room as entrance steps out. Photos show the amount of framing so far and area door to be fitted so can access hot water and gas cylinder.
