Bathroom Modernisation

We are looking for an experienced and reliable bathroom renovator to carry out a like-for-like modernisation of our existing bathroom. This is a straightforward update with no major layout changes. Scope of Work Remove and dispose of: Existing shower enclosure and fittings Temporarily uplift and re-install (same locations, post-flooring): Freestanding bath Single vanity (vanity taps to be retained) Toilet Replace: Shower with new unit (like-for-like placement) Bath mixer tap and handheld shower unit Coordinate with flooring contractor: Ensure shower, toilet, vanity, and bath are removed prior to floor installation Reinstall all applicable fittings once flooring work is complete We will be supplying all new fixtures and fittings. We're after a clean, professional finish with attention to detail and good coordination with the flooring contractor.
