We would like to renovate our bathroom from around 1 June. Unfortunately it is difficult to get access to the bathroom (as I don't own the house yet) so I've attached a couple of current photos, as well as some basic drawings of what I would like the bathroom to look like once it is finished. - Demolish existing bathroom, remove internal walls and cavity above current shower to make the bathroom one open plan area - New Aqua gib throughout, plaster and paint (or alternatively, let me know if I should ask the painter for the rest of the house to do this) - Tile floor and walls up to 1.2m height. Waterproof floor (should / does the walls need to be waterproofed too?) - Install 1200 x 800 acrylic corner shower, 1600 x 800 corner bath, back to wall toilet (with bidet sprayer), 1200 floating vanity, flat mirror, two towel rail (at least one heated), extraction fan, basin/shower/bath mixer, bath spout, toilet roll holder - New LED downlights FYI - house exterior is brick, will have new aluminum windows installed separately I am happy to supply my own fixtures and fittings, but it'd also be great if you could buy at trade prices. In your response, please provide an indicative cost, split between labour and other fixtures/fittings. I will contact you if we are interested,
