Cut off 5cm off kitchen cabinet for bigger fridge

I have a kitchen cabinet above my fridge which needs 5cm cut off the top to allow for the newer bigger sized fridges. Fridge doors are lacquered and rounded, I realise it might be hard to match the lacquer but would like a tidy job. Looks like the whole thing can be unscrewed from the inside and taken away if needed to work on.
