Have an old shower that needs replacement and updating. I am ok for either tile or panel wall finish. Appreciate this may be difficult to price so can work with the successful bidder on a rate and contingency costs -Removal of existing Shower -Lowering of existing shower pan (House has a concrete base but good pipe egress) -Installation of new shower pan -Installation of waste pipes and install of new shower head / taps -Installation of waterproofing and either tile or panel finish -installation a new toilet
