Adding a shower and vanity to the basement bathroom

There is a room in my basement that is approximately 2060 x 1700. I want to put a shower and a vanity into this space. There is already a toilet in a room beside this, and a laundry on the other. The floor is concrete, and the external wall is concrete block.
