Remove partition wall

We need a partition wall between two living areas removed and disposed of, and the remaining wall and ceiling to be repaired (gibbed, painted). As seen in the attached photo with the heat pump. We would ideally like this work done in Oct or Nov, but are open to discussion. We have building consent; the wall is not load-bearing and no further bracing is required in another part of the house. We are arranging for an electrician to move the heat pump, light switches, and sockets from the wall. Another contractor will install a fire after you have removed the wall.
