Renovations Stage 2 - Downstairs and Garage

Work required: - Add new wall framing and garage roof framing to suit new roof pitch. - New colorsteel iron on garage roof. - Fit aluminium joinery into existing openings. - Reframe for new aluminium joinery layouts and fit aluminium joinery into new openings. - Fit weatherboard cladding as highlighted in drawings. - Build new internal walls as highlighted in drawing. - Line 2 x bedrooms, hallway and entrance with gib. - Install new gib where required in bathroom and laundry (to suit new window position). - Gib stopping of all gib work. - Add new weatherboard cladding to shed wall, by front door and finish off tying into top story weatherboard. Work Not Required: - All demolition and site clean up will be completed by client. - All aluminium joinery and doors to be supplied by client. Other Info: - Can come and view ASAP - Work ready to be started ASAP
