Studio renovation

Kia ora, We are looking for a quote for renovating a studio attached to our garage at 77 Seaview Road in New Plymouth. It's a steel frame with concrete floor. I've attached images that should hopefully provide an idea of what we are working with. Primary requirements are as follows. Completion of electrical wiring including lighting and wall outlets Installation and plumbing of shower, toilet, bathroom sink and benchtop sink Insulation and wood panelling of interior Weatherproofing as there appears to be some mold along where the roof meets the side walls This space is to be an art studio / games room. We are focussing on a practical cost effective solution rather than an aesthetic one. We've never done a project like this before so any guidance or suggestions will be much appreciated. We hope to have it complete by February. Thank you for your time.
