New ensuite built and fireplace removed

We would like an ensuite to be added to the master bedroom and a fireplace to be removed from one of the internal walls in the bedroom. The drawing attached is not a proper plan, it is my drawing. The fireplace that needs removal is in the wall where I’ve drawn wardrobes and the ensuite is to be put in similar to that in the drawing. Currently the room has no wardrobes or ensuite. Note: this job likely won’t include the wardrobes.
