wrantage small bathroom

Need to finish off bathroom renovation: Uninstall existing vanity, ?fix up wall behind it (gib/plaster?). Lay new flooring (tile-look lino??) in bathroom and toilet room (approx area 2msq and 1msq respectively). Build little ledge over end of bath which doesn't quite meet wall (approx 4-5cm short). Install new (smaller) vanity once floor/wall completed. Would also like quote to sand and paint entire bathroom (walls excl. built-in bath-wall, plus ceiling). Bathroom is small, about 3-4msq. If it is looking like the job is too expensive I may paint it myself so itemised quote would be good. Thanks!!
