garage to sleep-out renovation

We have an old shed/garage on our property that we would like to have converted to a sleep-out. It is approx 3x5 metres, has a concrete floor, fibrolite walls and iron roof. It is not lined at all. There is one window space although needs a new window and a new door. We have thought that a sliding aluminium door would be good. We would like to have the entire construction weather-proofed (possibly new roof), lined (although we could do this part ourselves to keep costs down), a new floor laid and lighting and plugs installed.
