We are wanting to add a self contained unit to the side of our house for a family member. A separate room (already complete) would house a kitchenette and a lounge area and then if possible a doorway cut into the brick at bottom of house and a unit built out to house the bedroom and ensuite. Need inspections and quotes to see if this is even possible?
