Install kitchenette, lay small area of floor tiles

Build (or use modular) and Install a small kitchenette bench/ cupboards & draw unit. 1600 Lx 550Dx 900 H. Need left hand over hang for bar fridge. Would prefer stainless steel bench top with integrated sink (seamless). Plumbing is behind wall. Wall lining will need to be removed. Floor area currently carpeted, but we have tiles that will need to be laid. Also need a splash back (glass) fitted, which owner will purchase
