Dave's small bathroom renovation

We have a small bathroom (1700mm X 1680mm) that has a bath with shower over it and a vanity unit. We require a builder to: Remove wall linings, bath etc. We can take to the tip. Install a cavity door to replace the existing swing door. To put in a new bath with 3 sided molded wall panels (standard stock item). Remove existing wooden window (that goes into the garage). Gib over on inside and ply over on outside. Install wall and ceiling linings and trim. Install new vanity. Install new mirrored wall hung cabinet. Liaise with solar tube installers, plumber and electrician (heated towel rail, power and switches for solar tube that has has extractor fan). No flooring or painting required as we can do this. We could supply bath, vanity, taps etc. depending on builders preference. Once quote accepted the project could be started immediately.
