Rental refresh - healthy homes update

Hi, Keen to work with someone that can help out quickly, not sure what the cost would be - keen for someone to have a look and let me know how much it might cost then go from there. I have purchased a rental that is in need of maintenance and extractor fans installed as soon as possible, jobs are as follows: - Install healthy homes rangehood or extractor fan in 2 kitchens - Install healthy homes extractor fan in 2 bathrooms - Correctly install bi-fold doors (badly installed by the previous owner) and repair decking - Replace seals in 2 showers - Fix supports on enclosed balcony - Replace broken clearlite on x1 balcony roof - Healthy homes insulation in the roof (easy access via manhole) - Install gib, and do gib stopping in 2 rooms ready for paint
