upgrade of 1950s bathroom

small 1950s solid old state house, with a small bathroom [2130 x 2130] . Not considering major reno / I'm not wanting to change the size or configuration of the room, for example. But want new wall linings; replace the small old wooden framed window with a new double glazed aluminium one; replace existing old fixtures with a new bath over shower, new vanity & new toilet. Of course would like it done as soon as possible - i have no shower currently so i'd appreciate getting a new one soon [the old one leaked behind the wall, so stoppered it & ripped off the lining to let it dry out]. Have the funds available now, so in the next month or two if that is realistic
