Ensuite bathroom renovation

Timing: Hoping to begin mid August and finish by late August. Plumbing work: Replace existing vanity with a double vanity with in wall taps/mixer Replace shower with new shower approx same size and with new tapware Replace toilet with new toilet in same location. Tiling work: Replace existing vinyl flooring with underfloor heating and tiles (wood floor underneath vinyl) Advise on recommended floor preparation/underlay requirements + install as required Install underfloor heating with probe thermostat on area of approx. 3.26m2 Install leveling compound Install floor tiles – total tiled area approx. 5.5m2 Looking at using warmfloor heating kit Electrical work: Remove/terminate power supply to current towel rail which is to be removed Run power/Connect up/test underfloor heating/install thermostat Run power/connect up two LED mirrors Move existing power socket outlet down 100mm so it will be hidden/below height of new vanity Install new towel rail between shower and door wall. Tie into underfloor thermostat heating timer if possible. Issue CoC Building work/plastering/painting not currently included in this advert.
