Kitchen/lounge reno

I am currently renovating my kitchen, lounge, and laundry area on my 80sqm home, all on a budget of course (you must hear that all the time). I will be doing the necessary demo work but require assistance with: Builders: Gibbing, scotia, architraves, skirting (for the area highlighted in red) and installing the kitset kitchen. Possibly replacing dryrot in several floorboards. Electrical: Installing led downlights in lounge & kitchen, moving some powerpoints & switches, installing 1 new powerpoint. Connecting electrical cooktop? Possibly installing a waterproof led downlight in bathroom. Plumber: Disconnecting gas cooktop, any pipework with the kitchen sink which will roughly be in the same position but may need some tweaks. FYI the plans show a hot water cylinder in the kitchen but we actually have Infinity gas. I have taken a day off on the 20th November, if you are interested I am keen to get quotes and would like to know your hourly rates and a breakdown of possible materials costs so I can budget. I have some plans of the house to give you an idea of sizes, depending on costs the laundry and entry building work may be delayed.
