to open plan lounge to kitchen area/ upgrading

Work to be done in the house: 1. we would like to open up the lounge up to the kitchen area. there is a wall between the kitchen area and the dining area that needs to be knocked down; 2. upgrade electrical panel board, install new/move power points from one wall to another; 3. configure water reservoir and heating system. 4. move current sink to another area. 5. widen a room adjacent to kitchen.
